Flowserve's valve repair shops are modern facilities consisting of internal and external grinders, machinery and highly experienced factory trained personnel capable of repairing all types of tapered plug valves. Our factory training includes the repair of Flowserve/Wilson-Snyder switch valves and Pacific/Stockham Wedgeplug valves. All welding is performed per ASME BPV Code Section IX. Post weld heat-treating of welded components are in accordance with ASME BPV Code Section VIII. All weld repair areas are also visual and dye penetrant NDT inspected, and a random hardness survey of 10% of the heat affected zone is conducted. We repair all major brands of plug valves and stock O.E.M. parts, which include Rockwell Nordstrom, Stockham Wedgeplugs, Durco, Tufline, etc. We are also a "Black Tie Service Center" for Flowserve/Durco® Plug Valves in certain locations.
